On the morning of February 12, Nghe An Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work for the leaders of the departments and district-level police who retired early and assumed the position of commander of the commune police in the process of arranging and perfecting the new organizational apparatus.

The representative of the Department of Personnel Organization announced the decisions to retire from work before the highest age of service in the People's Public Security for 04 Department Heads, District Police Chiefs and 09 Deputy Department Heads and equivalent, Deputy District Police Chiefs; announced the decision to transfer 04 Deputy District Police Chiefs to work and hold the position of commanding the Commune Police.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the leaders of the Provincial Police, Major General Bui Quang Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police sent his congratulations and thanks to 13 leaders of the department and district police who volunteered to retire before the highest age limit in the People's Police. At the same time, he commended 04 Deputy Heads of the District Police who came to work and held the position of commander of the Commune Police, to create favorable conditions for the Provincial Police to carry out the work of arranging and assigning cadres when perfecting the organizational apparatus, as well as building a personnel plan for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The Provincial Police Director emphasized that the 13 leaders at the department and district levels who retired this time were all comrades who received basic training, matured early from the grassroots, were leaders and commanders who had experienced many different fields of work, and had united with the unit, overcome all difficulties and challenges, and completed their tasks well and excellently in all situations.

Carrying out the work of arranging and assigning cadres when perfecting the organizational apparatus, at the Police of Con Cuong, Tuong Duong and Ky Son districts, there are 04 Deputy Chiefs of District Police who wish to continue working and volunteer to hold the position of commander of Commune Police.
