According to the investigation, Trang had a relationship with her brother-in-law PVQ (30 years old, Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province). After a while, Mr. Q asked to end the relationship. Disagreeing, Trang planned to poison her cousin, Ms. D.TY (30 years old, an officer at Thai Binh Province Lung Hospital).
Trang went online to buy liquid poison (unclear what it was) and then bought 6 boxes of milk tea, poured the poison into them and sent them as a "gift" to her cousin at Thai Binh Province Lung Hospital.
Because Ms. Y. was away at that time, 6 cups of milk tea were left in the administrative office. On December 3, Ms. H., a colleague of Ms. Y., opened the refrigerator and saw the milk tea, so she took it out to drink.
After that, Ms. H. felt something was wrong and ran to the restroom, but collapsed in the restroom of Thai Binh Provincial Lung Hospital. Ms. H. was then taken to the emergency room but died.
Currently, the police are continuing to investigate the incident./.
