Announcing 3 Lists of administrative procedures related to forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level
The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1812/QD-UBND dated July 19 on promulgating the List of newly issued administrative procedures related to the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level within the scope and State management functions of Nghe An Provincial Police.

Specifically, there are 3 administrative procedures (AP):
1. Selecting team membersSecurity and order protection team: The deadline for publicly posting the list of candidates is 15 working days; within 3 working days from the date of making the recruitment record, the Commune-level Police shall publicly post the recruitment record and notify the recruitment results to the address of the candidates.
2. Resolving the regime and policies for people participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level who have not participated in health insurance but are sick, have accidents or are injured while performing their duties: The People's Committee at the commune or district level receives the dossier within 2 working days from the date of receiving the complete and valid dossier, and must forward the dossier to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs at the district level for appraisal. The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs at the district level appraises the dossier within 5 working days from the date of receiving the complete and valid dossier. Chairman of the People's Committee at the district level: Within 2 working days from the date the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs at the district level reports that the dossier is eligible for settlement, issues a decision to pay medical examination and treatment support costs for people who are sick, have accidents or are injured. The People's Committee at the commune level shall make payment of expenses according to regulations within 3 working days from the date the Chairman of the People's Committee at the district level issues a decision to pay expenses.

3. Resolve the regime and policies for people participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level who have not participated in social insurance and have accidents or die while performing their duties.
- The People's Committee at the commune or district level shall receive the dossier within 2 working days from the date of receiving the complete and valid dossier and must forward the dossier to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs at the district level for appraisal.
- The district-level Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs shall appraise the dossier within 5 working days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid dossier. Chairman of the district-level People's Committee: Within 2 working days from the date the district-level Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs reports that the dossier is eligible for settlement, shall issue a decision to pay medical examination and treatment support costs for sick, injured or injured people. The commune-level People's Committee shall make payment of the prescribed costs within 3 working days from the date the Chairman of the district-level People's Committee issues a decision to pay the costs.
Regarding the method of submitting documents, for the administrative procedure "Selection of members of the Security and Order Protection Team", the person submitting the documents must submit the documents directly to the Commune-level Police (the deadline and location for receiving documents are as announced in the selection plan).
For the remaining 2 administrative procedures, the person submitting the application can do so in 3 ways: Submit the application directly to the People's Committee at the commune or district level; or submit the application to the People's Committee at the commune or district level via postal service; submit the application online at the National Public Service Portal or the Provincial Administrative Procedures Information System at the address:http://dichvucong.nghean.gov.vn.
