Nghe An plans to launch a force to participate in protecting security and order at the grassroots level on July 1.
Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 395/KH-UBND dated May 27, 2024 on organizing the launching ceremony and parade to commend the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in the area.
In Plan No. 395/KH-UBND, the Provincial People's Committee requires the launching ceremony and parade to honor the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level to be organized to ensure solemnity, seriousness, safety, practicality, creating a spread, spirit, and determination to contribute to the excellent completion of tasks in the coming time.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned specific tasks to departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to prepare well the content and conditions to serve the launching ceremony.
The launching ceremony is expected to be held on July 1, 2024 at Ho Chi Minh Square (Vinh city).
In addition to the parade and demonstration of force, there is expected to be a martial arts performance and a rehearsal of some situations to participate in protecting security and order.
The launching ceremony was attended by 300 comrades from the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level; 300 comrades from the provincial and Vinh city police departments; 300 students, union members and youth from schools in Vinh city.
The organizing committee also mobilized 106 vehicles (22 cars, 84 motorbikes) and 216 comrades from the police force and forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level to participate in the parade and demonstration of force.

At the launching ceremony, the Provincial People's Committee will organize awards for collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the implementation of the Law on Forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level.
The Provincial People's Committee also requested the People's Committees of districts and towns to simultaneously organize launching ceremonies, parades, and commend forces participating in protecting security and order at the district level in accordance with the content and time of this plan.
