The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has announced the Tet holiday and the exchange of weekly days off during the 2014 holidays.
Accordingly, on the occasion of Victory Day 30/4 and International Labor Day 1/5, civil servants and public employees will have a day off on Friday, May 2, 2014 and will work as a compensatory day on Saturday, April 26, 2013. That is, on this holiday, civil servants and public employees will have a day off from Wednesday, April 30, 2014 to Sunday, May 4, 2014. The total number of days off for this occasion will be 5 consecutive days.
For agencies and units that do not have a fixed two-day holiday schedule every Saturday and Sunday, the specific program and plan of the agency or unit should be used to arrange a suitable holiday schedule.
According to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, taking consecutive days off will create favorable conditions for officials, civil servants and public employees to travel, take holidays with their families, and save on administrative and personal costs./.
