Those"seeds" of creativity

With his efforts and dedication, engineer Tang Xuan Tuan - Chairman of the Trade Union of Viet-Uc Nghe An Co., Ltd. has become a shining example of innovation and efficiency in the agricultural sector. With nearly 10 years of working with Viet-Uc Group, he has proven his mettle as a technician, always closely following production practices to find breakthrough solutions.

Possess experience in managing 2 production farms of 600m2²With 36 reservoirs, Mr. Tuan has spent time researching and successfully developing a process for raising clean shrimp larvae without using antibiotics. This initiative not only helps improve the quality of the larvae but also contributes to environmental protection, bringing sustainable efficiency to the entire industry.

Mr. Tuan's efforts have been demonstrated by impressive numbers. In 2021, thanks to the application of new research, the survival rate of shrimp larvae reached 50%, equivalent to harvesting 25 million larvae from the initial 50 million Post larvae. Then, in 2022, this number increased to 65%, bringing in nearly 40 million larvae. Currently, Mr. Tuan continues to develop and expects the survival rate to reach 70%. In particular, Mr. Tuan has come up with an effective cost-saving solution, when only 0.8 million Nau shrimp eggs are needed instead of 1.2 million as before, still yielding 8-9 million larvae per hatchery.

As Head of the Innovation Department, Mr. Thai Binh Duong has contributed to bringing technology into each stage of production, helping to optimize the process, save costs and improve product quality.

From programming promotional card inserters, automatic spoon dispensers, to more complex projects such as programming a robot system to pick up milk bags, Mr. Duong always shows his superiority in expertise. In particular, the initiative of programming PID control to replace the servo valve has completely solved the problem of inaccurate milk pouring, helping to save a large amount of raw materials. He has also succeeded in automating the nut milk grinding process, significantly reducing labor and time.

His contributions do not stop at small projects. Many of his initiatives have brought huge benefits to the company. A typical example is the initiative "Automatic milk carton loading robot system" with a profit value of more than 11 billion VND in the first year. Or the initiative "Servo valve replacement" with a savings of 2.8 billion VND per year. With his outstanding achievements, Mr. Thai Binh Duong has received a series of Certificates of Merit and prestigious awards.

Every year, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor has plans to launch emulation movements according to each theme and topic of the year. The preliminary and final review of emulation movements is always of interest to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor and is objectively evaluated.

Thanks to the active implementation and enthusiastic response, the emulation movements have brought about many high results. The emulation movement "Good workers - Creative workers" continues to be the key emulation movement of all levels of Trade Unions in the whole province.

With the goal of "Productivity - Quality - Efficiency", the movement has had many initiatives and typical models, demonstrating high adaptability to the new context, promptly meeting the production and work requirements of agencies, units and enterprises.

Many initiatives of workers are recognized and highly appreciated for their creative value, long-term beneficial value, bringing economic value of tens of billions of dong to units and enterprises. The fields of management, administration, career, education - training, and health all have many units and individuals who are excellent in initiative, creativity, and innovation.

There are 92,018 initiatives and scientific research topics at all levels applied to production and work, bringing hundreds of billions of VND in benefits to agencies, units and enterprises; the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded the Certificate of Creative Labor to 147 comrades. From the excitement and effectiveness of emulation movements, in 2025, the Provincial Labor Federation organized the "Creative Labor Forum 2025" with the theme "Strong faith - Building the future" for union members and workers to exchange, share experiences and spread inspiration to constantly create and innovate in work... At the same time, honor 90 outstanding individuals who achieved the title "Workers, civil servants and laborers of Nghe An follow Uncle Ho's teachings".

In the movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind", the emulation movement of the whole country joining hands to eliminate temporary houses, dilapidated houses, the emulation movement "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", the emulation movement "Good at public work - Good at housework" ... all have remarkable results.
