Nghe An Trade Union works with Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation
(Baonghean.vn) - On February 10, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor had a working session with the Standing Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor on the content of signing the Work Coordination Program, period 2023 - 2028.

In recent times, Ho Chi Minh City and Nghe An Province have cooperated and supported each other, achieving many good results in various fields. The cooperation results have made important contributions to the successful implementation of the socio-economic development targets and tasks of the two localities.
To continue promoting the achieved results, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor and Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor continued to discuss the preparation for the signing ceremony of the Work Coordination Program, period 2023 - 2028.
The coordination program aims to raise awareness and promote the role of workers, civil servants and laborers in Nghe An province and Ho Chi Minh City in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor's policies and laws, contributing to the implementation of the socio-economic development tasks of each locality. At the same time, it enhances the exchange of experiences in leadership, direction and operation of trade unions at all levels of the two localities in deploying and organizing the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities.

The coordination program will be implemented in 4 contents: Caring for the lives, representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; Information and propaganda work; Organizing patriotic emulation movements among union members and workers; Building strong grassroots unions; improving the quality and effectiveness of union staff activities.
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Kha Van Tam - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation reported on a number of typical activities of Nghe An Trade Union in the past time, evaluated the working content in 2022 and thanked the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation for their warm welcome to the working delegation. In addition, he also informed about the potential and advantages of the province, especially in terms of infrastructure, labor, policies, incentives, investment support in the province, and the results of implementing the support program.take care of union members, workers.
