The 2022-2023 school year is a year with many innovations in leadership and management, with more and more activities that are suitable for practice such as organizing dialogues, building models, focusing on grassroots care activities, and paying attention to union members and workers. Through these activities, we aim to motivate and encourage cadres, teachers and workers in the industry to compete to complete their tasks well in the school year.

Entering the 2023-2024 school year, the first year of implementing the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress at all levels for the 2023-2028 term,Education Industry UnionDetermine direction, set out 10 key tasks and continue to launch emulation movements and campaigns to successfully achieve the unit's goals, targets and tasks.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, comrade Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training highly appreciated the activities of the industry's trade union in the past school year. At the same time, he hoped that in the coming school year, the Trade Union would continue to train union members, be a support and trust for teachers and workers. From there, grasp the thoughts, aspirations as well as recommendations and problems when implementing mechanisms and policies from the grassroots, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
In particular, to successfully implement the new General Education Program 2018, the Director of the Department of Education and Training also requested the industry trade union to regularly coordinate in professional work, promptly encourage and reward cadres, teachers, and workers with many innovative experiences in teaching and learning, and share difficulties and obstacles. Thereby, creating motivation and an exciting competitive atmosphere in schools, implementing practical and effective competitive movements to achieve the goals and tasks set for the school year, building a good educational environment both inside and outside the school.

During the implementation process, it is necessary to work with the government and school council to advise, debate, and propose policies that are close to reality; effectively implement grassroots democracy regulations, improve the quantity and quality of collective labor agreements in non-public units; organize dialogues on the implementation of policies for cadres, teachers, and workers in units.
At the conference, Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation Thai Minh Sy also praised and acknowledged the achievements of the Education Trade Union in the past school year. In the coming time, with the characteristics of trade union activities associated with political tasks, it is necessary to continue to promote and launch emulation movements and campaigns to successfully implement the goals, targets and tasks of the unit.
In addition, the Union also continues to care for and ensure the legitimate rights and interests of cadres, teachers and workers; apply information technology and digital transformation in union activities.
