CLEARLY DETERMINE THE FOCUS

After the Congress, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department advised the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to organize study sessions, direct Party committees at all levels to deploy study sessions, disseminate resolutions to the grassroots in a timely manner; develop implementation plans in the direction of innovation in content and form, ensuring progress and quality, truly becoming a widespread political activity throughout the entire Provincial Party Committee, emphasizing the seriousness, awareness of participation, dissemination, and research of each cadre and Party member.

After studying, cadres and party members all wrote reports related to their own practical work. All district, city, town party committees, subordinate party committees, party committees and grassroots party cells developed action programs and implementation plans.on the basis of applying the goals, viewpoints, tasks and solutions of the resolutions, closely following the practical situation of the locality and unit, in order to bring the resolutions into life at their level and sector, contributing to the completion of the goals set by the Provincial Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term.

The Propaganda Department discussed and evaluated 2 and a half years of implementing the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress and 5 years of implementing Resolution 26 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for developing Nghe An province until 2020.

Regarding Resolution No. 26, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department has presided over the compilation of 4,000 books to serve the study and implementation in the whole province; advised on the issuance of Project No. 07 of the Provincial Party Committee on "Improving exemplary behavior, combating conservative thinking, waiting, and dependence among cadres and party members" and Directive No. 17 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on "Strengthening discipline and administrative discipline in agencies and units in the province", contributing significantly to the implementation of Resolution No. 26.raise sense of responsibility, promote patriotic emulation movement, create unity in perception and action.

The implementation of the resolutions is also associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the spirit of Directive 05 of the Politburo, Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (12th tenure) of the Party, with the selection of key, breakthrough stages, urgent and prominent issues at each level, each locality, agency and unit to resolve, considering them as the key stage in Party building work. Thereby contributing to strengthening the ideology and trust of cadres, party members and people.

Every year, the Propaganda Department at all levels advises Party committees at all levels to inspect and supervise the implementation of resolutions in all areas at grassroots units; thereby, helping Party committees at all levels to learn from experience, promote advantages and overcome obstacles and difficulties to strive to fulfill their tasks.

GOOD WAYS TO BRING RESOLUTIONS INTO LIFE

Nghe An Propaganda Department has urgently started to focus on widely propagating the resolutions to cadres, party members and people of all walks of life, paying special attention to propagating viewpoints, policies, tasks and major solutions.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department directed the provincial press agencies to open and maintain specialized pages and columns to promote Party Congresses at all levels, especially the columns: "Imprints of the term", "Party dialogue", "Revising working style", "Party in today's life", "Contributions to the Party", "Patriotic emulation", and to publish draft documents to be submitted to the 12th Party Congress for people to access and actively contribute their opinions.

Not only did they set up special pages, but the propaganda content about the Party's resolutions was also of interest to newspapers, radio and television stations, reflecting comprehensively, frankly and responsibly. In the work of Propaganda, it is necessary to attach importance to oral propaganda. To do so, it is necessary to have many solutions to improve the quality of the team doing Propaganda work, especially the team of reporters, propagandists at all levels, and the team of social public opinion collaborators.This is the force that directly disseminates the Party's viewpoints and guidelines, the State's policies and laws, as well as orients the thinking of cadres, party members and people on the key contents of the proposed resolutions.
