The PET resin factory project is built on an area of ​​2 hectares and this is the first investment project (large scale) in Dien Yen commune, so the relevant levels and sectors have created favorable conditions for the project. Along with the "one-stop" transaction center, the Dien Chau Finance - Planning Department also directly assists enterprises in fully and promptly implementing investment procedures, resolving difficulties and problems and supporting site clearance...

With these practical actions, investors have been assured when implementing the project. The investment scale of the project is divided into 3 phases (phase 1 is investing in a PET shredding line, phase 2 is investing in a PET granulating line and phase 3 is a PET fiber spinning line). In 2014, the Company started implementing phase 1 and after 1 year of active implementation (2014 - 2015), the factory, PET shredding line and many other auxiliary works were completed.

In order to prepare qualified and skilled labor force to meet the job requirements, the Company has recruited workers and prioritized local children for vocational training. Therefore, when the Factory came into operation, the staff and workers managed and operated the production line well. Each month, the Company achieved 300 - 400 tons of products and thanks to good market work, nearly 90% of the Company's output was exported to Taiwan and Japan. Thanks to investing in modern production technology and focusing on environmental protection, the project was built and installed with modern technology for wastewater and environmental treatment... Ha Tien Investment and Development Joint Stock Company is highly appreciated by all levels and sectors and is one of the effective investment models in Dien Chau.

Currently, phase 1 of the project is in stable production and creating jobs for nearly 150 workers. Mr. Nguyen Trung Thanh - Deputy Director of Ha Tien Investment and Development Joint Stock Company said: "The success of phase 1 is an important condition for the Company to continue investing 1 million USD to implement phase 2 (in the fourth quarter of 2016), which is to install a PET pelletizing line and other auxiliary works. It is expected that in the fourth quarter of 2017, the PET pelletizing line will be put into operation. After that, the Company will study and have an investment plan to implement phase 3 in 2018".
