Originally a professional and skilled tailor in Dien Chau, with a facility and 50 regular workers, with her quickness and ability to seize opportunities, Ms. Ha Thi Thanh contacted garment companies and partners in Korea, from which she invested in factories and machinery in Tan Ky (Nghe An), creating many jobs for workers in Hamlet 6A, Nghia Dong Commune, Tan Ky District, and established Manh Thanh Garment Company Limited.

Talking about the opportunity to come to Tan Ky, Ms. Thanh said: Tan Ky is a district with many difficulties, and there is no garment factory, while the market demand is large. Above all, through research, I found that the district and commune leaders are very interested in businesses, enthusiastically supporting and helping with investment procedures. Thanks to that, I feel secure in opening a factory here.

At first, there were many difficulties, but with her love for the job, determination, high sense of responsibility and desire to have a new, more stable business, Ms. Ha Thi Thanh overcame everything to put Manh Thanh Garment Company Ltd. into operation, creating jobs for more than 200 workers with salaries from 4-10 million VND/month.

Manh Thanh Garment Company Limited in Nghia Dong Commune has been in operation since January 2, 2018. Each month, it supplies the market with nearly 500,000 products, and nearly 6 million products each year. Here, all types of clothing are produced in a closed chain, ensuring export standards to Korea and Japan. The company receives fabric from partners, then goes to the factory to cut, sew, and package the finished products, and exports them directly.

Thanks to the leadership of the Company's Board of Directors and a team of highly qualified technical experts, the Company's products meet the technical and quality requirements of customers, thereby creating prestige and orders for Nahu pillows in difficult times. After 2 years, the Company has built a brand, becoming a trusted address for businesses and customers in many countries.

The most notable thing here is that although there are still certain difficulties, the income of workers is quite good. Many workers such as Ms. Vo Thi Tuyet, Tang Thi Thuy... are women with difficult circumstances who are accepted to work and have high incomes, ensuring family life right at home. Workers' meals are arranged to ensure nutrition and food hygiene from self-produced gardens and barns.

Currently, the factory has more than 300 stable workers and Ms. Ha Thi Thanh is planning to open factory number 2 to attract 500 more workers to produce to meet orders.
