71 year old man cheated 11 year old girl, gave her 70 thousand

''When Mr. N. was in a pantsless position, intending to rape Ph., he was caught red-handed by the child's parents.

On September 21, the police of Lac Son district, Hoa Binh province, are detaining a suspect who has just turned himself in for child rape.

The subject was identified as Bui Van N (71 years old, residing in Xuat Hoa commune, Lac Son district). On September 17, N. surrendered to the police and reported the rape of Bui Thi Ph. (11 years old, in the same neighborhood as N.).

According to investigation and verification, before that, taking advantage of the empty house, N. controlled and had sexual intercourse against Ph's will.

The victim's family later discovered the incident and reported it to the police. Knowing that he could not deny his crime, N. turned himself in to the police.

Also related to the above case, Dan Viet newspaper reported that on September 21, Xuat Hoa Commune Police (Lac Son District, Hoa Binh Province) said that Bui Van N. had just been arrested by Lac Son District Police to clarify the act of raping Bui Thi Ph.

Mr. Bui Van Khai, Chief of Xuat Hoa Commune Police, said that on September 13, Ms. KV (Ph.'s mother) was doing laundry when she discovered money in her daughter's bag. The family was poor and had no money, so Ms. Van became suspicious.

Ms. V. asked Ph. about the origin of the money, and the child said that the neighbor gave it to him after he committed the depraved act.

“The family had to wait for the child to tell them because the person who gave her money threatened her not to tell anyone. After that, the child’s family laid in wait to catch the person raping their daughter. On September 17, Ph.’s parents pretended to be away from home at work and then laid in wait in the cassava garden behind the house.

That same morning, Mr. N. went to the child's house twice but found that someone was at Ph.'s house so he turned back. The third time, when Mr. N. was naked and about to rape Ph., he was caught red-handed by the child's parents.

Panicking, Mr. N. punched Ms. V. Angry, Ms. V. took a pestle and hit Mr. N.'s leg, injuring him. The child's family then reported the incident to the commune police.'', said Mr. Khai.

According to Mr. Khai, Xuat Hoa Commune Police received information that Mr. N. had raped Ph. around 11:00 a.m. on September 17. Upon arriving at the scene to check, the Commune Police discovered that Mr. N. had signs of raping Ph., so they took him to the headquarters for further investigation.

At Xuat Hoa Commune Police Station, Mr. N. confessed to raping Ph. The 71-year-old man also confessed to having committed an indecent act with Ph. on September 13, then gave her 70,000 VND.

Mr. Khai added that Mr. N. had a wife and children, but many local people reported that he had an unhealthy lifestyle.
