From the poor traffic infrastructure conditions of Thach Ngan commune, voter Vo Dinh Thanh, Secretary of Thach Ngan commune, reflected: routes such as Mau Duc - Thach Ngan have been under construction since February 2012 but the progress is still too slow; the route from Cay Chanh bridge, Dinh Son commune, Anh Son district to An Ngai, Tan Ky has been cleared since 2003 but has not yet been constructed; or the route from Ke Trai village to Xom Moi has also been compensated for clearing the land, but has not yet started construction.

Voter Luong Van Tuyen expressed his wish that in order to develop a stable and long-term economy for the three communes of Thach Ngan, Mau Duc, and Don Phuc, it is necessary to build a rigid bridge across the Lam River to replace the Thanh Nam suspension bridge in Bong Khe commune, to transport goods and consume agricultural products for the left bank.
Voters asked the National Assembly and relevant departments to support capital sources and speed up construction progress to reduce travel difficulties for people.
Regarding Decision 22 of the Prime Minister on repairing temporary and dilapidated houses for people with revolutionary contributions, voter Lu Thanh Chi reported that in Thach Ngan commune, up to now, only 2/84 people have received support.
In addition, according to Decision No. 49/2015/QD-Tg of the Prime Minister on policies for frontline laborers participating in the resistance war to protect the Fatherland. The commune has prepared documents and the commune-level council has considered and sent them to higher levels but there has been no response. Voters recommend that the Government and the National Assembly pay attention and create resources to provide timely support for those who enjoy the policies.
Voter Le Thanh Toan, Deputy of the Legal Committee of the People's Council of Con Cuong district, mentioned the situation of illegal transfer and sale of forest land and the use of forestry land and forest land for purposes other than those of forestry land. Accordingly, many households were allocated forest land under Decree 163 of the Government with the goal of managing and protecting forests associated with the use of forest materials for long-term and sustainable production, but they sold it to a business at a cheap price. Therefore, the Government needs to take measures to handle violations of the law to avoid people losing all their production materials, leading to re-poverty.
At the conference, Director of the Provincial Police Nguyen Huu Cau directly explained a number of issues of concern to voters. Regarding the implementation of construction of traffic routes in the area, Mr. Nguyen Huu Cau emphasized that this is a legitimate need of the people of Con Cuong. The Department of Planning and Investment, relevant departments, and the People's Committee of Con Cuong district reviewed and advised on capital allocation to implement the project. Consider supporting part of the funding for the People's Committees of Mau Duc and Thach Ngan communes to handle local muddy spots on the route in a manner where the State and the people work together to reduce some of the travel difficulties for the people.
At the same time, the provincial National Assembly delegation promised to continue to coordinate with the provincial People's Committee to actively seek financial support sources to help people.
