Next, comrade Hoang Phu Hien and the provincial delegation attended the National Great Unity Festival in Son Hai hamlet, Nghia Loc commune.

At the festival, Son Hai hamlet informed about the economic, cultural and social development situation of the hamlet, exchanged and shared experiences on promoting the role of prestigious people in economic development and maintaining security and order.

Son Hai hamlet has 250 households and 1,260 people. In recent times, the hamlet has organized and implemented the movement of the entire people uniting to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas; uniting to comply with the law, ensuring social order and safety, achieving many important results, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people; the rural appearance has improved a lot; political security and social order and safety have been maintained.

Notably, the hamlet has mobilized people to contribute with the government to build infrastructure to serve people's lives, such as: contributing more than 1.1 billion VND and 270 working days to build rural roads and upgrade the cultural house campus.

In addition, the Hamlet Front Working Committee has focused on propagating and mobilizing people of all walks of life to effectively carry out campaigns such as: poverty reduction, education, encouragement of learning and talent, movements of gratitude, remembering the source of water, mutual love...

Talking to the people of Son Hai hamlet, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien congratulated the results the hamlet people have achieved in recent times.

Informing the people about some outstanding results of the province's socio-economic development, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien requested the cadres, party members and people of Son Hai hamlet to always foster the spirit of solidarity, affection, harmony, and build a strong village relationship so that each family and each person can see the village as a truly common home, warm and humane, building the homeland to be increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.

Continue to do well in building cultural families, building and maintaining civilized neighborhoods and emulation titles, taking care of people's intellectual development, preventing crimes and social evils, and obeying the law. At the same time, mobilize people to carry out patriotic emulation movements well, participate in economic development, improve living standards, encourage legitimate enrichment, and contribute to enriching families and society.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested that hamlets proactively prepare to arrange villages, hamlets, and residential groups to complete the organization of the apparatus according to the 2-level local government, elect deputies to the 16th National Assembly and elect deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term. This is a major and correct policy of the Party and State, requiring consensus, support, and active participation of each citizen.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien also noted that all levels and sectors of Nghia Loc commune should pay attention to and take care of policy families, meritorious people, and poor households; promote the mobilization of resources from the community to care for and help the poor and people in especially difficult circumstances.
