Recommendations related to people's lives
At the meeting with voters, on behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, delegate Nguyen Van Chi reported the results of the 9th session of the 14th National Assembly, term 2016 - 2021.
Next, voters frankly expressed many thoughts, wishes, recommendations and proposals to the National Assembly, the Government and central ministries and branches on many urgent issues of life.
The issue that many voters in Nghi Hoa commune mentioned is related to the power grid infrastructure, poor quality of household electricity and the current unreasonable way of calculating electricity bills according to the ladder price.
Voter Nguyen Van Huong - Secretary of Nghi Hoa Commune Party Committee said that people's living standards have been raised, the demand for electricity has also increased, especially in the current hot summer season, increasing from 30 to 50%; meanwhile, the method of paying electricity according to the ladder price has been built for many years without changing, on the other hand, calculating the electricity price by ladder is not appropriate. Therefore, it is proposed that the National Assembly and the Government study and make reasonable adjustments to ensure the rights of the people.
Besides the electricity price, according to voters, in 2014, Nghi Hoa Commune Electricity Cooperative handed over the power grid to the Electricity industry for management, but up to now, the asset valuation and return of the power grid to the people have not been carried out.

Also concerned about the electricity issue, voter Vo Phan Vien (Ngoc Duong hamlet) reported that the high-voltage power line in the residential area affects the lives and safety of the people, because this power system was once broken and fell into the yard of a resident's house.
Therefore, it is recommended that competent authorities have a plan to upgrade the high-voltage power line system to ensure safety for people. On the other hand, the current quality of electricity for people's daily life is too poor. It is recommended that the Electricity sector pay attention to upgrading the power grid infrastructure system to meet people's electricity needs.

In addition to the issue of electricity, voters of Nghi Hoa commune also proposed that the National Assembly and the Government have a policy of granting residential land based on valuation, creating conditions for farmers to have residential land.
In addition, the National Assembly and the Government need to have a strategy for planning and investing in the construction of an irrigation system to ensure stability in agricultural production, avoiding the current situation of drought when it is sunny and flooding when it is rainy; at the same time, remove difficulties and speed up the process of granting land use right certificates for residential and agricultural land; resolve some shortcomings in policies for officials and invest in infrastructure for merged communes, blocks and hamlets...
