The session is scheduled to open on October 20, 2022. At the session, the National Assembly will consider and approve 7 draft laws, 3 resolutions and decide on many important issues of the country, personnel work under its authority; and at the same time give opinions on 7 draft laws.
Regarding the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, in recent times, the Delegation has focused on collecting comments on draft laws through organizing conferences, collecting written comments from experts, relevant departments and branches; at the same time, participating in the conference of specialized National Assembly Deputies to give opinions on draft laws and draft resolutions submitted to the National Assembly at the 4th session; participating in meetings to review draft laws convened by the National Assembly Committees; organizing monitoring and survey activities on medical examination and treatment and the implementation of policies and laws on domestic violence prevention and control; and participating in thematic monitoring delegations organized by the National Assembly Committees working in Nghe An province.

Reflecting his thoughts and aspirations to the National Assembly delegates, voter Luong Minh Quang (Lien Hop commune) said that the current Lien Hop commune headquarters is a level 4 house built more than 20 years ago and has deteriorated. Therefore, he recommended that all levels have a mechanism to support resources to build a local office.
Voter Luong Minh Quang also suggested that the National Assembly and the Government study policies and mechanisms to increase the allowance regime for deputy heads of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and commune-level organizations, because the current level is too low, not creating motivation for this team to operate.

Regarding policies, voter Vi Van Quy (Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Quy Hop district) proposed that the National Assembly, the Government and central ministries and branches study and reform the salary regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in state agencies.
Voter Cao Xuan Toan (Kinh hamlet, Nghia Xuan commune) reflected the need to improve the spirit and attitude of serving the people of officials and civil servants in the field of granting land use right certificates and voluntary health insurance cards to people.

Voter Nguyen Van Thuong (Ha Son commune) requested competent authorities to inspect and respond to voters' opinions related to mine explosions caused by mineral exploitation that caused cracks in houses of some households in Dong Nang hamlet, Ha Son commune.

After the voters' petition, representatives of some provincial and district departments and branches of Quy Hop explained some issues under their authority.
National Assembly Delegate Vi Van Son - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee thanked the frankness and responsibility of voters who were interested in reflecting practical issues and affirmed that they would fully absorb and synthesize them and send them to competent authorities for resolution.
Delegate Vi Van Son also explained and clarified voters' opinions related to infrastructure investment in some public works in the district under the socio-economic development program for ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
