The issue of enforcement of judgments is still ineffective, causing damage to the people. The situation of extra teaching and learning in the locality is still common; the situation of rampant training leads to an increasing number of unemployed graduates. Responding to some of the voters' suggestions, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac agreed with the reflection of the situation of university graduates not being able to find jobs, the use of talents still has many shortcomings, so the Party and the State are stepping up to overcome this problem. For cases where parishioners are incited to protest and cause trouble, the government needs to have "a warm heart and a cool head; and must have a thorough handling method, especially focusing on persistently persuading and collecting evidence so that at a certain time, it will proceed to handle it according to the provisions of the law. The Party and the State are paying close attention to and directing this issue" - Mr. Phan Dinh Trac said.
