The first working day of the 31st Session of the 18th Nghe An Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, attracted the attention of a large number of voters and people in the province. Through the direct telephone line at the session, 19 voters sent their opinions and recommendations to the Provincial People's Council with 14 issues, in 3 areas.

In the field of land management, agriculture, compensation and site clearance, there are 5 opinions:

Voters of Tan Mai ward proposed to consider and resolve compensation and resettlement support when the State reclaims land to implement the Hoang Mai I Industrial Park Project for the people.

Some voters in Tien Dong commune reported that there are currently 5 sand mines operating illegally in the commune, affecting the lives and production of the people; requesting that the authorities promptly inspect and handle the matter thoroughly.

Voters of Yen Thanh commune proposed to soon issue and change land use right certificates for people.

Voters of Quynh Phu commune proposed connecting and providing clean water to people of Quynh Phu commune to ensure people's lives and health.

Voters of Vinh Loc ward proposed that the province pay attention to repairing water pumps at Pumping Station No. 1 (formerly located in Nghi Thai commune) to promptly serve the production needs of the people.

Voters of Hoang Mai ward proposed to speed up the construction progress of planned projects in the area of ​​Hoa Tien cave, Hoang Mai ward.

Voters of Truong Vinh ward proposed to support people when calculating price differences due to changes in raw water sources.

Voters of Vinh Hung ward reported that the quality of tap water is not guaranteed, and requested that authorities manage the quality of the input source and organize inspections according to regulations.

Field of regime and policycoh4opinion:

Voters of Quynh Luu commune proposed to consider and resolve the resignation application according to Decree No. 178 for officials, although it was submitted from May 1, 2025 to present, it has not been processed yet.

Some voters in the communes of Nghi Loc, Trung Loc, Con Cuong, and Tuong Duong proposed that the province soon issue specific instructions on job placement and policies for civil servants and contract workers working at the district-level Cultural Center when they transfer to the commune level; propose to organize the Cultural Center by region or commune cluster instead of by commune; propose to transfer these centers under the management of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to improve operational efficiency.

Voters of Quynh Luu commune reflect that the procedures for issuing and changing citizen identification cards are still slow; propose solutions to quickly resolve the issue for the people.

Voters of Chau Khe and Bich Hao communes requested guidance on specific policies and regimes for current part-time commune-level cadres.

In addition, there are opinions reflecting that land prices according to the newly issued price list are high, not suitable for income and causing difficulties for those in need of residential land; pay attention to resolving policies for people with meritorious services.

Along with the above contents, via the online telephone line at the 31st session, the 18th Provincial People's Council also continued to receive 6 opinions of citizens that were reflected at previous sessions and were resolved by competent authorities and responded to voters.Some comments reflecting other complaints and denunciations have been consulted by the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to be transferred to the competent authority, so they will not be further summarized at this session.

The citizen reception department at the 31st Session of the 18th Provincial People's Council also received 2 citizens who submitted petitions related to compensation, site clearance and issuance of land use right certificates.

Voters' opinions and recommendations via the online telephone line and petitions through the 31st session's citizen reception department will be considered, forwarded to competent authorities for resolution, and voters will be responded to according to regulations.
