Voters reflect many issues through the 'hotline' of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council meeting
On the second working day of the 21st Session, the 18th term Nghe An Provincial People's Council continued to attract voters' attention with 34 people calling the "hotline" to propose and recommend issues in 4 areas.

In the field of land management, environment, compensation, and site clearance, there were 14 comments.Voters in localities: Vinh city and Nam Dan, Nghi Loc, Dien Chau districts, propose competent authorities to grant land use right certificates and house ownership certificates in apartment buildings to people.
Voters of Bong Khe commune (Con Cuong district) proposed to increase the compensation, support and resettlement when reclaiming agricultural land for people. Voters of Nghi Huong ward (Cua Lo town) proposed to reclaim land, compensate for implementing the resettlement project of 72m road for people to stabilize their lives. Voters of Hung Tay commune (Hung Nguyen district) proposed to compensate and support site clearance when reclaiming agricultural land to implement the VSIP Industrial Park and 72m road project.
Voters of Nghi Thuy ward (Cua Lo town) proposed that the authorities convert land, compensate, and arrange resettlement land for some households to expand Yen Luong temple; proposed to invest, upgrade, and dredge Nghi Thuy ward fishing port for ships to anchor and take shelter from storms safely; and at the same time, reflected the slow progress of the construction of the North Lan Chau Island Resort project (Gold City).

Voters of Nghia Mai commune (Nghia Dan district) and Quynh Thuan commune (Quynh Luu district) reflected and proposed to handle the situation of pig farms of Tam Viet Company, Bac Mien Trung Fishmeal Company Limited located at Lach Quen fishing port and Quynh Luu Fish Sauce Seafood Company Limited discharging waste causing environmental pollution, affecting people's lives.

Voters of Le Loi ward (Vinh city) proposed to step up promotion activities and call for investment in deep-water ports to develop the province's economy.

Voters in Tan Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district) proposed to repair and upgrade Provincial Road 538E, the section passing through Tan Thanh commune, to ensure traffic safety for people traveling. Voters in Nghi Xuan commune (Nghi Loc district) reported the situation of heavy trucks speeding, causing traffic insecurity on Provincial Road 535.
Voters of Long Son ward (Thai Hoa town) proposed adjusting the planning of N2 road through Long Son ward to allow households to repair and build houses.
In the field of internal affairs, regimes, policies and administrative procedures, there are 10 comments.Voters of Nghi Loc and Quy Chau districts proposed that the province recruit contract workers into the payroll at district-level cultural, sports and media centers to ensure their rights and help them feel secure at work.
Voters of Tan Ky town proposed that there should be regulations on allowances for the positions of Chairman of the Inspection Committee, Head of the Mass Mobilization Block, Head of the Steering Committee of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement and increase the allowances of commune-level union officials.
Voters of Tan Xuan commune (Tan Ky district) proposed to resolve the regime of concurrently being in charge of the communal cultural house and radio station.

Voters of Chi Khe commune (Con Cuong district) proposed to arrange commune officials to take up positions in the commune Party Committee office to ensure work; consider and arrange funding to support district officials transferred to the commune so that officials can work with peace of mind.
Voters of Le Mao ward (Vinh city) proposed to promptly handle the paperwork problems caused by address changes after the merger of communes and wards so that people can carry out administrative procedures more conveniently.
Voters in Nghi Lien commune (Vinh city) reported that Nghe An Water Plant's request to photocopy the Land Use Rights Certificate and citizen identification card to supplement the water supply dossier is unnecessary and causes inconvenience to the people.
In the field of education and training, there are 2 opinions.Voters of Ha Huy Tap ward (Vinh city) proposed expanding or establishing more public high schools in Vinh city to ensure the learning needs of students in the area.
Voters of Quynh Vinh commune (Hoang Mai town) proposed adding more teachers with the right expertise to Quynh Vinh A Primary School to ensure the quality of teaching and learning.
In addition to 34 voters sending opinions in the 4 above-mentioned areas, via the online telephone line, the Provincial People's Council also received 5 voters' opinions reflecting and proposing contents that had been recommended at previous sessions and had been resolved and responded to by competent authorities.
The citizen reception department at the meeting received 8 citizens with petitions and feedback related to the fields of land, site clearance compensation and policies.
After the 21st session, opinions and recommendations via the online telephone line and petitions received through the public reception department at the session will be studied, considered, and forwarded to the competent authority for resolution and responded to voters according to regulations by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council.
