Voters raised many issues through the 'hotline' at the Nghe An Provincial People's Council session.
On the second working day of the 21st session of the 18th term of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council, the meeting continued to attract the attention of voters, with 34 people calling the "hotline" to propose and suggest issues in four areas.

In the areas of land management, environment, compensation, and site clearance, there were 14 comments.Voters in Vinh City and the districts of Nam Dan, Nghi Loc, and Dien Chau have petitioned the competent authorities to issue land use right certificates and house ownership certificates for residents in apartment buildings.
Voters in Bong Khe commune (Con Cuong district) petitioned for increased compensation, support, and resettlement when agricultural land is reclaimed for residents. Voters in Nghi Huong ward (Cua Lo town) petitioned for land reclamation and compensation for the 72m road resettlement project to help residents stabilize their lives. Voters in Hung Tay commune (Hung Nguyen district) petitioned for compensation and support for land clearance when agricultural land is reclaimed for the VSIP Industrial Park and the 72m road project.
Voters in Nghi Thuy ward (Cua Lo town) petitioned authorities at all levels to convert land, provide compensation, and allocate resettlement land for some households to expand Yen Luong Temple; they also requested investment in upgrading and dredging the Nghi Thuy ward fishing port to ensure safe mooring and storm shelter for boats; and they complained about the slow progress of the Gold City North Island Resort project.

Voters in Nghia Mai commune (Nghia Dan district) and Quynh Thuan commune (Quynh Luu district) have reported and requested action regarding the pig farms of Tam Viet Company, Bac Mien Trung Fish Meal Company Limited located at Lach Quen fishing port, and Quynh Luu Fish Sauce Company Limited discharging waste that pollutes the environment and affects the daily lives of local people.
LIn the field of construction, transportation, and urban management, there are 8 opinions.Voters in Le Loi ward and Vinh Tan ward (Vinh city) have requested the early clearance of land to complete the Nguyen Dinh Chieu road and the extended Le Mao road.
Voters in Le Loi ward (Vinh city) have proposed strengthening promotional activities and attracting investment in deep-water ports to boost the province's economic development.

Voters in Tan Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district) have requested the repair and upgrading of Provincial Road 538E, the section passing through Tan Thanh commune, to ensure traffic safety for residents. Voters in Nghi Xuan commune (Nghi Loc district) have reported the problem of large trucks speeding, causing traffic safety hazards on Provincial Road 535.
Voters in Long Son ward (Thai Hoa town) have requested adjustments to the N2 road planning section passing through Long Son ward to allow households to repair and build houses.
Regarding internal affairs, regulations, policies, and administrative procedures, there were 10 comments.Voters in Nghi Loc and Quy Chau districts have petitioned the province to recruit contract workers at district-level cultural, sports, and media centers into permanent positions to ensure their rights and give them peace of mind in their work.
Voters in Tan Ky town have proposed regulations on allowances for the positions of Chairman of the Inspection Committee, Head of the Mass Mobilization Department, Head of the Steering Committee for the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement, and increased allowances for officials of mass organizations at the commune level.
Voters in Tan Xuan commune (Tan Ky district) have requested a resolution regarding the issue of the dual role of managing the commune's cultural center and radio station.

Voters in Chi Khe commune (Con Cuong district) have requested that commune officials be assigned to the position of commune Party Committee office to ensure the smooth running of the work; and that funding be considered and allocated to support district officials transferred to the commune so that they can work with peace of mind.
Voters in Le Mao ward (Vinh city) have requested prompt resolution of paperwork issues arising from address changes following the merger of communes and wards, so that people can carry out administrative procedures more conveniently.
Voters in Nghi Lien commune (Vinh city) have complained that the Nghe An Water Plant's requirement to photocopy land use right certificates and citizen identification cards to supplement water supply application files is unnecessary and causes inconvenience to the people.
Regarding the field of education and training, there are two opinions.Voters in Ha Huy Tap ward (Vinh city) have proposed expanding or establishing more public high schools in Vinh city to ensure the educational needs of students in the area are met.
Voters in Quynh Vinh commune (Hoang Mai town) have requested the addition of qualified teachers to Quynh Vinh A Primary School to ensure the quality of teaching and learning.
In addition to the 34 voters who submitted opinions on the four aforementioned areas via the online hotline, the Provincial People's Council also received 5 voter opinions reflecting and proposing issues that had been raised in previous sessions and had been addressed and answered by the competent authorities.
During the session, the public reception department received 8 citizens who submitted petitions and complaints related to land issues, compensation for land clearance, and policies.
Following the 21st session, opinions and suggestions received via online telephone hotline and letters received through the citizen reception department at the session will be studied and considered by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, and forwarded to the competent authorities for resolution and response to voters in accordance with regulations.
