Young Moscow voters casting ballots for the first time will be given concert tickets.
Young voters, who will take part in the Russian presidential election on March 18 in Moscow for the first time, will receive at the polling station special registration forms, tickets to concerts at the "Olympic" concert complex, Chairman of the Moscow Election Commission Valentin Gorbunov said on Wednesday.

"We will organize a special project for those who are going to vote for the president for the first time. During the survey of youth organizations, we identified the names of musicians and singers that young people admire. We met with colleagues and decided to organize a joint project.
Every young voter, regardless of whether he is a Muscovite or not, when coming to the polling station will receive a special declaration, will be registered and will choose one of three concerts on the day that suits him, and will attend the concert," Gorbunov said at a press conference.
He explained that to do this the city will rent the "Olympic" performance complex.
