Voters reflected that the current support level of 504,000 VND/month for village and hamlet health workers is too low to cover operating costs, leading to many people not being interested. In particular, the position of veterinary officer in villages and hamlets has no structure, veterinary work is mainly part-time management, not meeting professional requirements. Voters proposed that the State provide additional allowances for village and hamlet health workers and the position of village and hamlet veterinary officers, to enhance the responsibility of part-time officers, and better fulfill their functions and tasks at the grassroots level.

In addition, voters also made recommendations to the National Assembly deputies on the following issues: Construction of transport infrastructure; increasing the level of support funding for poor and near-poor households with housing difficulties; clean water systems; policies for the elderly; additional allowances for prestigious people in villages and hamlets, as with other organizations in villages and hamlets; shortcomings in printing textbooks;...
