Head of the Internal Affairs Committee Phan Dinh Trac presented his action program. |
Voters' recommendations: Commune 135 has a poverty rate of 35.5%, a large forest area but 1,708 hectares are managed by the Forest Protection Management Board, while the management team in Chau Ly has only 4 people; The forest area is close to people's houses but there are 90 households and there is no production forest land, it is recommended that the state reclaim some areas to hand over to people for production. Currently, the price of hybrid rice seeds is still high at about 120,000 VND/kg but there is no seed subsidy policy, so management is very difficult, during the production season many households buy seeds floating on the market that do not ensure quality.

Voter Nguyen Dinh Phu, an official of Chau Ly commune, expressed his wishes to the candidates. |
Voters also expressed: The communes in the western region of Nghe An in general and Chau Ly commune in particular have a high rate of poor households. They suggested that if elected, candidates should pay attention to a long-term campaign and should give "fishing rods" instead of "fish" to escape poverty sustainably.
The procedures for people exposed to toxic chemicals, frontline workers, youth volunteers and health insurance cards for commune 135 are still cumbersome, causing difficulties for people and those who are affected. The regime for kindergarten teachers is only based on the contributions of parents, so it is very disadvantageous. It is necessary to invest in supporting people in building new rural areas, especially cement for roads; there are appropriate policies to reduce the poverty rate.
On behalf of the candidates, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac accepted, explained and promised to commit to making efforts to act in accordance with the goals set out in the program if he is trusted by voters.
