Taking people as the main subject and core force
Speaking at the festival, on behalf of the provincial leaders, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Nhu Khoi affirmed: The people are the main subject and core force in the cause of protecting national security. Nghe An identifies maintaining security and order as the foundation for socio-economic development. Therefore, the movement of All people protecting national security in the province has been implemented methodically, associated with programs such as building new rural areas, developing the economy, tourism, preserving cultural identity and building a strong grassroots political system.

Praising the results of Quy Hop commune, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also pointed out a number of factors affecting the work of ensuring security and order in the coming time; at the same time, he suggested that localities need to continue to affirm the central role of the people, promote the effectiveness of self-management models, inter-family groups, and reconciliation councils; link the security protection movement with the practical interests of the people, spreading from each family to the community.

Along with that, it is necessary to integrate the security protection movement with patriotic emulation movements, especially building new rural areas, developing the economy, preserving cultural identity, and protecting the environment. The work of building the Party and the grassroots political system must be given due attention; promoting the role of leaders, improving the effectiveness of receiving people, resolving petitions; focusing on mass mobilization work, propaganda to raise people's awareness and responsibility; paying attention to consolidating the core forces at the grassroots level such as village elders, village chiefs, and prestigious people, ensuring timely incentive policies and regimes.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also requested that the Commune Police force should promote its core role in ensuring security and order in the locality; strengthen its close monitoring of the locality, grasp the situation, promptly advise the Party Committee and authorities and coordinate to thoroughly resolve arising issues right at the grassroots level; must be truly close to the people, understand the people, be a reliable support, and be a "close friend" of the people in all aspects of security and order life.

Localities need to closely link the task of ensuring security and order with socio-economic development, job creation and sustainable poverty reduction. It is necessary to clearly define that only when security is maintained can people feel secure in production and businesses can boldly invest.
In the immediate future, it is necessary to focus on successfully organizing the first Party Congress at the commune level for the 2025-2030 term and competing to effectively achieve the set goals and targets.
