Voters of Nghi Loc commune proposed many people's issues at the two-level contact conference.
On the afternoon of July 11, at the meeting with the provincial People's Council delegates and Nghi Loc commune People's Council delegates, many voters frankly raised many recommendations, focusing on the remaining people's livelihood issues and the problems arising after the administrative unit merger.

Attending the meeting were delegates of the 18th Provincial People's Council: Hoang Lan - Deputy Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Thanh Tung - Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Nghi Loc commune; Nguyen Cong Van - former Chairman of the Veterans Association of Nghi Loc district (old).

At the conference, the representative of the Provincial People's Council Delegation reported briefly on the results of the 31st Session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, emphasizing important resolutions affecting the socio-economic development of the province.

In the spirit of democracy and frankness, 15 opinions from Nghi Loc commune voters raised many prominent issues in the locality. Notable issues were groups of issues related to agriculture, transportation, irrigation; land and environmental management; health, education, and national defense and security. Specifically, many opinions suggested that the government should soon invest in and repair the irrigation canal system, upgrade rural traffic routes, and ensure the safety of the household electricity grid.

In particular, some problems arising after the merger of administrative units were mentioned by voters such as: Plans to handle old headquarters to avoid waste; solutions for hamlets with duplicate names, causing difficulties in administrative transactions and correspondence; allowance regime for part-time staff of blocks and hamlets; clarifying issues related to cultural house projects that were planned before the merger.
In addition, voters also recommended speeding up the issuance of land use right certificates, raising the sense of responsibility of officials and civil servants, and at the same time, taking measures to completely handle environmental pollution and loss of security and order in some areas.
Receiving comments, Mr. Nguyen Ba Diep - Chairman of Nghi Loc Commune People's Committee directly explained and clarified the contents under the commune's authority.
In his concluding remarks, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung - Provincial People's Council delegate, Party Secretary, Chairman of Nghi Loc Commune People's Council thanked voters for their enthusiastic and responsible opinions. Delegate Nguyen Thanh Tung further explained some contents related to the regime and policies for cadres and the arrangement of medical stations.

Regarding issues under the authority of the commune, delegate Nguyen Thanh Tung requested the People's Committee of the commune and specialized departments to promptly inspect and resolve. Regarding recommendations under the authority of higher levels, the delegation pledged to fully synthesize and report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to forward to the relevant agencies for consideration and resolution as soon as possible, meeting the legitimate aspirations of the people./.
