Within the framework of the official visit to Cuba, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and President of the National Assembly of the People's Power and the Council of State of Cuba Esteban Lazo Hernández and a high-ranking delegation of the Vietnamese National Assembly visited the Cuba - Vietnam Special Friendship School.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh welcomed and held talks with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Cuba.

On the morning of September 29, at the Presidential Palace, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the official welcoming ceremony for Cuban Prime Minister Marrero Cruz on an official friendly visit to Vietnam. After the welcoming ceremony, the two Prime Ministers held talks at the Government headquarters.
