(Baonghean.vn) - While going to Quynh Lien beach with 5 friends in the village to look for clams and swim, a boy was unfortunately swept away by waves and drowned.
On the morning of July 9, local authorities in Quynh Lien commune (Hoang Mai town) informed that a tragic drowning incident had just occurred in the area, causing the death of a young boy.
Accordingly, at about 7:30 a.m. on July 9, 5 students living in Binh Minh hamlet, Quynh Lien commune invited each other to go to the beach in the village to dig clams, then swim.

While bathing, one child was suddenly swept away by the waves and went missing. The other four children were able to swim to shore.
Upon receiving information about the incident, Quynh Phuong Border Guard Station, functional forces, and people of Quynh Lien commune were present at the scene to organize a search. At about 9:15 a.m. the same day, the victim's body was found.
The male student was identified as Bach Trong B., born in 2013, residing in Binh Minh hamlet, a student at Quynh Lien Primary School.
It is known that B's family is near-poor and in difficult circumstances. Currently, the local government is supporting the family with burial procedures for the child./.
