Former player Le Cong Vinh opens CV9 community football academy
This coming June, former player Le Cong Vinh will officially launch a community football academy called CV9 in Ho Chi Minh City.
Opening a community-based youth football academy is something former national team player Le Cong Vinh has cherished since his playing days and now Cong Vinh's dream has come true.
Cong Vinh's Community Football Academy was established to help children aged 6 to 15 who love football to satisfy their passion. In addition, former football star Cong Vinh also hopes that his football academy will contribute to discovering and polishing rough gems for Vietnamese football in the future.
Le Cong Vinh's community football academy will be named CV9, which is also his abbreviation when he was playing for clubs and the national team.
Former national team player Le Cong Vinh is striving to build his own football academy that meets international standards with youth football training curriculum from foreign experts, along with a team of famous and highly pedagogical coaches.
The press conference to launch the CV9 community football academy will take place on the morning of May 2 in Ho Chi Minh City.
