Commune voters have many concerns such as the annual environmental funding support should be allocated according to the affected rate. The provincial mineral exploitation fee should be re-granted to the locality according to the percentage of the land auction price in the province that has been re-granted.
Provincial Road 532 through Chau Cuong Commune has degraded, so the province is requested to support funding for repairs to facilitate people's travel. Voters also requested that authorities pay more attention to the policies for staff of the Party Committee's office at the grassroots level. Some staff were assigned to work in Chau Cuong, a particularly difficult commune according to Decision 59, after 3 years of working and completing their tasks excellently, but in September 2015 they had to quit their jobs due to the end of their contracts. The province is requested to soon find a solution for these workers.
Voters also hope that communes 135 like Chau Cuong need to support the locality in building new rural areas to create a spreading effect and achieve higher efficiency...
Mr. Tran Cong Duong received the opinions and recommendations of voters and explained some opinions and recommendations regarding the allocation of environmental funds, mineral exploitation fees and cement support for new rural construction...
