(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of May 10, National Assembly deputies of the National Assembly delegation of Nghe An province at constituency No. 4 met with voters of Hung Tien and Kim Lien communes, Nam Dan district before the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly.

National Assembly deputies meeting voters include: Do Van Chien - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province; Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Nghe An Department of Education and Training.
Attending the conference were comrade Thai Thi An Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; leaders of provincial departments and branches and leaders of Nam Dan district.

Before listening to voters' opinions, delegate Thai Van Thanh reported to voters the expected agenda of the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly and informed them of the responses of ministries, branches and provinces to the petitions of Nam Dan voters at previous voter meetings.
At the conference, voters of Hung Tien and Kim Lien communes had 15 opinions and recommendations at both the macro level and issues under the authority of the province and district.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Ty, a voter of Hung Tien commune, proposed to supplement and amend the Investment Law and Decree 31/2021 of the Government to create more favorable conditions for investors and overcome policy conflicts with other codes and laws.
He also proposed that the National Assembly issue policies to facilitate land accumulation to build large-scale fields that are attractive enough to attract businesses to invest in agriculture.

Regarding the construction of new rural areas, many voters in the area expressed their welcome to the province's cement support policy. However, voters said that the time for cement support in the third and fourth quarters of each year is not appropriate, due to the rainy season. Therefore, voters suggested that the province consider providing support earlier to facilitate the grassroots.
Many voters suggested that the Party and the State should have policies to care for veterans who were discharged from the army and demobilized from 1979 to 1989 and who contributed to protecting the southwestern and northern borders, but have not yet received any policies, including health insurance. At the same time, Mr. Tran Le Hung, a voter from Kim Lien commune, suggested increasing the level of support for war invalids and sick soldiers...

In addition, at the conference, voters proposed that the National Assembly reduce the age of receiving social security benefits to below 80 years old and increase the monthly support level; find solutions to the situation of extra teaching and learning; increase the allowance level for the positions of secretary and hamlet chief; and issue and exchange land use right certificates for agricultural land.
Voters and people in the two communes of Hung Tien and Kim Lien requested the Central Government and the province to have specific solutions to address the problem of excessive use of pesticides that affect the environment, water resources, and the health of consumers of agricultural products.

Voters also proposed studying the policy of increasing compensation prices for agricultural land to implement projects; speeding up the construction progress of the Cultural Tourism Project in the special national relic site of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site in Kim Lien commune.
Regarding infrastructure investment, Mr. Phan Dang Liem, a voter of Kim Lien commune, proposed upgrading the road from National Highway 46 to the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan. In addition, other voters also proposed speeding up the construction progress of expanding National Highway 46; upgrading Provincial Road 540 from Que Ngoai intersection to Cau Kim Lien market because it is currently degraded; dredging Lam Tra canal from Nam Linh to Kim Lien, Nam Cat to clear the flow of water for people's production.
At the conference, voters were also concerned about the fact that people are having to use various types of documents, so they requested attention to removing them to promote the effectiveness of citizen identification.

According to the Land Law, agricultural land is allocated for a period of 50 years, but voters believe that 50 years is almost a lifetime; those who need it do not have land for production, and those who have died or do not need to use the land are still allocated; therefore, the State is requested to have a solution so that those who are born have land for production.
At the conference, leaders of departments, branches and the People's Committee of Nam Dan district responded to voters' petitions on issues within their authority.
On behalf of the National Assembly delegates, comrade Do Van Chien - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, National Assembly delegate Nghe An answered and informed voters about macro-level issues of the country.

First of all, regarding the general situation of the country, comrade Do Van Chien said that in the economic field, by the end of the first quarter of 2024, the GDP growth rate is estimated to reach 5.66%, the highest in the past 4 years.
"Simply put, we make enough to eat, export enough to import, earn enough to spend, have savings to invest and have enough money to reform the wage policy," the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front summarized.
In particular, according to comrade Do Van Chien, there are two things that voters will definitely feel very clearly: our country has completed hundreds of kilometers of additional highways, bringing the total length of highways in the country to over 2,000km.
At the same time, this summer, despite the extremely hot weather, with the leadership of the Party and State, directly under the drastic management of the Government and the Prime Minister, electricity was provided quite adequately.

Basic social security is guaranteed; no one is poor and hungry without the attention of the State and socio-political organizations.
In the field of diplomacy, comrade Do Van Chien emphasized: Vietnamese bamboo diplomacy with "firm roots, strong trunk, flexible branches" has achieved very good results.
Party Central Committee Secretary Do Van Chien emphasized: The work of Party building and rectification; preventing and combating corruption and negativity continues to achieve comprehensive results, saying goes hand in hand with doing, constantly, without rest, without forbidden areas, without exceptions, regardless of who the person is; ensuring strictness, discipline, and discipline; and having deep humanity, benevolence, and humanity. The rate of recovering corrupt assets is much higher than before.
National defense and security are consolidated and enhanced; political security and social order and safety are maintained; our country's military and defense potential is increased, capable of protecting the land, airspace, and sea.
The tradition and strength of the great national unity bloc are strongly promoted, the people's trust in the Party and State is enhanced, building a solid position of people's hearts.
In particular, the Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front highly appreciated the effectiveness of the implementation of the Program to mobilize and support the construction and repair of houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties in Nghe An province; contributing to the whole country's movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses by 2025.
That shows the deep understanding of beloved Uncle Ho's thoughts: "Whatever is beneficial to the people, do it to the utmost, whatever is harmful to the people, avoid it at all costs", "A hundred times easier without the people, ten thousand times harder, can be done with the people" and the spirit of solidarity.

With the above achievements, comrade Do Van Chien hopes that voters will share and trust the Party and the State; under the wise leadership of the Party; proactive, resolute, effective and efficient of the State; promote the tradition of great national unity; be proud and confident under the flag of the Party, we will definitely build Vietnam to be rich, civilized, cultured and heroic as General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong wrote on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Voters' opinions will be fully collected and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will convey them to the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
