National Economics University has just officially announced the threshold to ensure input quality and convert scores for the 2025 enrollment season.

The National Economics University has just announced the threshold to ensure input quality (floor score) for the 2025 enrollment year. Accordingly, all 4 admission groups based on the 2025 high school graduation exam results have a common floor score of 22 points.
These combinations include: A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), A01 (Math, Physics, English), D01 (Math, Literature, English), and D07 (Math, Chemistry, English).
This floor score includes regional and subject priority points (if any). In particular, the school affirms that there will be no difference in admission scores or admission scores between groups, creating maximum fairness for candidates.
An important note is that for training majors in the field of Law, candidates need to achieve a minimum score of 6 in Math.
Compared to 2024, the National Economics University has stopped 5 admission combinations including B00 (Math, Chemistry, Biology), C03 (Math, Literature, History), C04 (Literature, Math, Geography), D09 (Math, History, English), and D10 (Math, Geography, English), focusing more on strong combinations.

Admission criteria and admission methods
In 2025, the National Economics University plans to enroll more than 8,000 students for 73 majors with a total of nearly 90 training programs. Notably, two new programs will be introduced: Labor Relations and International Trade Law, to meet the increasing demands of the labor market.




The three main admission methods remain the same as last year, including: direct admission, admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, and combined admission.

The school has also published a conversion table of equivalent benchmark scores between admission methods for candidates to easily follow and choose.



Hot industry still maintains its form
To help candidates have a more general view of the level of competition, let's take a look at the 2024 benchmark scores of the National Economics University. Majors in Public Relations and Marketing Communications continue to hold the leading position.
Specifically, on a 30-point scale, Public Relations has the highest benchmark score of 28.18 points. Following is E-commerce with 28.02 points. The remaining industries all have 26.57 points or more, showing the strong attraction of economic sectors.
On a 40-point scale, the highest admission threshold is 37.49 points for Marketing Communications. Many other majors also recorded benchmark scores above 36, such as Business Administration, Valuation, Hotel and Event Management. Software Engineering is the major with the lowest benchmark score in this group with 34.06 points.
