Vinh University: Honoring outstanding union officials

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of June 25, Vinh University Youth Union celebrated the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Union and honored outstanding union leaders.

Attending the ceremony were Prof. Dr. Dinh Xuan Khoa - Principal of the school and many school union officials of all periods.

In recent years, promoting the glorious tradition of previous generations, the Youth Union members studying and working at Vinh University have strived to compete in studying, training, actively preparing knowledge to establish themselves and their careers, and have many projects and works bearing the mark of students.

At the ceremony, delegates reviewed the heroic tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the journey of the school's youth.

With such continuous achievements in recent years, Vinh University Youth Union has received many Certificates of Merit from the Central Youth Union and Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Youth Union. Among them, 2 Youth Union members achieved the title of 5 Good Students, January Star at the Central level, and 1 comrade is an outstanding young citizen at the provincial level.

34 union officials were honored as shining examples in study and training.

During the ceremony, the School Youth Union awarded 34 outstanding Youth Union cadres who had a great influence on the school's youth.
