The political report of the Party Cell Executive Committee for the 2015-2020 term presented to the congress for the 2020-2025 term clearly affirmed the innovation and creativity in leadership and direction of the Party cell and Party cell for cadres and Party members to promote the sense of responsibility, improve staff work, direct the organization to well perform the tasks of the Front according to requirements and tasks, especially effectively implementing the Resolution of the Provincial Fatherland Front Congress for the 2014-2019 term.

Notably, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the system of Fatherland Fronts at district and grassroots levels clearly demonstrate their core role in calling for, mobilizing and allocating resources to support and help the poor and poor households as well as transparent and public social security activities; actively contributing to the implementation of the poverty reduction target program in the province.

During the past term, the Fatherland Front at all levels mobilized people to voluntarily contribute more than 5,658 billion VND, 6.39 million working days, and donate over 8 million m²land for new rural construction

The Party Committee and Party cells of the Vietnam Fatherland Front have also propagated and gathered the solidarity of the entire nation to join hands and unanimously carry out emulation movements and campaigns; especially the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", contributing to the implementation of the province's new rural target program.

The supervision and criticism activities of the provincial Fatherland Front as well as the direction of the front system at all levels to organize these activities are increasingly effective and efficient. The provincial Fatherland Front also has many specific and practical activities to participate in Party building and government building at all levels.

During the term, the Party Cell's cadres and members advised on organizing 12 specialized supervisions, guided the district and grassroots Fatherland Fronts to organize more than 900 supervisions, 1,000 social feedback and criticism sessions. The People's Inspectorate and the Community Investment Supervision Board organized 7,664 supervisions, 7,676 inspections, and recommended the government to consider and handle 5,821 cases.

Coordination between the Vietnam Fatherland Front agencies and provincial departments, branches and sectors and the Vietnam Fatherland Front system at all levels is closer and more effective, promoting the implementation of the tasks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front as well as the general tasks of the province. Dialogue activities between the Party Committee, the government and the people are focused on and improved in effectiveness.

The content and methods of operation of the provincial Fatherland Front have been innovated and creative, especially after the congress of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for the 2019-2024 term with a team of well-trained, enthusiastic and responsible cadres, creating a spread throughout the entire Fatherland Front system at all levels; contributing to enhancing the position and role of the Fatherland Front agencies in the political system and cadres doing front work in the hearts of the people.

Building a model party cell, a 5-good party cell

The opinions of the participants in the discussion at the congress and the speech of comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh affirmed the determination to innovate the leadership and direction methods of the Party Committee and Party cells in order to bring the activities of the Fatherland Front in a professional direction and build a team of Front workers who are "Capable, proficient, united, and innovative".

Speaking at the congress, comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the Party Cell, Party Cell of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee as well as the activities of the Fatherland Front at all levels during the past term.

The Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies also requested that the new Party Cell and Party Branch continue to innovate leadership methods and promote the role of the political core in the agency to effectively promote the implementation of professional political tasks of the Provincial Fatherland Front.

Affirming the role and factor of gathering the national solidarity bloc, creating a solid foundation for political stability, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the province, the Party Secretary of the Bloc also emphasized that the Fatherland Front at all levels needs to focus on propaganda work, gathering the national solidarity bloc to promote the implementation of the political tasks of the Fatherland Front and the goals, targets and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the Provincial Fatherland Front Congress for the 2019-2024 term.

The focus is on launching emulation movements in production, socio-economic development, participating in Party building, political building, and effective supervision and criticism.

Note that monitoring and criticism activities need to clearly identify the focus, key content and focus at each time, especially criticizing policies and mechanisms before they are issued at the beginning of the term and monitoring the implementation of those policies and mechanisms after they are issued.

The Fatherland Front is also the agency that synthesizes people's opinions to reflect to the Party Committee and the government, so in addition to reflecting, it is necessary to follow up and urge the settlement to inform the people; avoid recommendations, judgments that are resolved slowly or quickly or not resolved without the influence of the Fatherland Front.

Along with that, continue to lead and direct administrative reform work; rearrange the organizational apparatus according to positions, jobs, and capacities of cadres associated with streamlining the payroll. Take care of Party building work in all aspects, promote the exemplary spirit of cadres and party members, especially leaders; strive to build model party cells, 5-good party cells...
