Previously, Ambassador Giles Lever attended the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding between the Nghe An Department of Foreign Affairs and the Blue Dragon Children's Foundation (BDCF). Accordingly, BDCF will sponsor the project to build the "Sunflower House" Center in Nghe An province to support victims of human trafficking to reintegrate into the community with an estimated budget of 5 billion VND.
