Na Loi Primary School was separated from Na Loi Secondary School in 1998, with 4 school locations, including 1 main school and 3 satellite schools, 5 to 10 km from the main school, with difficult traffic and no electricity grid.
Implementing the new General Education Program 2018, the school has brought more than 120 students from 3 satellite schools to study and live at the main Na Loi school. However, the conditions for organizing teaching and learning activities for the students are still very difficult.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Minh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Ky Son district said: Ky Son is a mountainous district, one of the 9 poorest districts in the country, located in the West of Nghe An province, bordering 4 districts and 2 provinces of Laos with a common border of 204.3 km.
For many years, due to the poor infrastructure, steep and dangerous hills, people's lives depended entirely on farming, so economic conditions were extremely poor and backward, directly affecting education. It was already difficult to worry about food every day, let alone the education of children who had to go to school twice a day, which was even more difficult.

Currently, the district has 73 schools, but the school facilities in the district are still lacking, the number of temporary classrooms, bamboo and thatch, at this time there are only 36 rooms; the dormitories and dining rooms for boarding students are still temporary, more than half of the schools, functional rooms, subject rooms, housing and auxiliary works serving boarding students are almost non-existent; the official houses for teachers only meet a very small part of the needs, the accommodation of teachers at remote schools is still temporary, working and living conditions are extremely difficult.
From the above difficulties, the government and people of Ky Son district expressed their deep gratitude for the attention and sharing of the leaders and agencies, organizations of Ho Chi Minh City and the very meaningful gift "Standing together with Vietnamese families program" brought to teachers and students of the district.
