Stabbed to death by headlights shining in the face

A young man in Lam Dong was blinded by the high-beams of a motorbike driving in the opposite direction while carrying his girlfriend. He pulled out a knife and stabbed the man multiple times.

December 11, Lam Do PoliceHe brought Le Sy Quoc Thai Anh (19 years old) to reenact the murder scene in Dong Thanh commune, Lam Ha district.

According to the initial investigation, four nights ago, Thai Anh was driving his girlfriend on a motorbike on a village road when he was blinded by the headlights of Mr. Trinh Anh Tuan (61 years old) driving in the opposite direction. The young man turned his motorbike around and knocked Mr. Tuan down.

Being scolded by Mr. Tuan, Thai Anh rushed over, punched, kicked, then pulled out a switchblade and stabbed the victim many times.

After committing the crime, he handed the car to his girlfriend to drive, then threw the knife into a garden of a house. After driving a short distance, Thai Anh told his girlfriend to turn the car back to the scene, and together with everyone else, took Mr. Tuan to the emergency room. However, the victim died.

Thai Anh's girlfriend is also being detained to clarify related behavior.
