At that time, a motorbike with license plate 37P9 - 6560 driven by a young man about 25 years old from hamlet 6, Dien Thinh commune, traveling in the direction of Vinh - Dien Chau, crashed into the back of a sleeper bus with license plate 18B - 099.99 of Duc Anh bus company traveling in the same direction.

The strong crash caused the young man to fall onto the street. He was then taken away by ambulance by local people in a very seriously injured condition.
