Crashed into a truck with a flat tire, the driver died in the cabin

The above accident occurred at around 10:00 a.m. on October 18, at km 442 + 900, National Highway 1A, Bac Son 1 hamlet, Nghi Quang commune (Nghi Loc district). The dump truck 37C -183.57 driven by Mr. Nguyen Duy Trang (born in 1993, residing in block 8, Quynh Xuan ward, Hoang Mai town) traveling from Dien Chau to Vinh collided with the back of a truck in the same direction with license plate 37C-271.96 (driver's identity unknown) that had a flat tire and was stopped in the middle of the road.

The strong crash trapped the driver of truck 37C -183.57 in the cabin and he died on the spot. Because he was trapped in the cabin, the fire department had to call for a rescue vehicle to drill and cut the driver out.

At the scene both vehicles were badly damaged. The incident is currently under investigation.
