Regarding the origin of the land that the owner of the Traditional Tea Processing Factory leveled, according to Thanh Mai commune citizens, it was agricultural land that the State assigned to local people according to Decree 64. Somehow, Mr. Le Van Thong transferred it to carry out the intention of illegally changing the purpose of use.
To prove the above reflection is well-founded, citizens sent Nghe An Newspaper some pictures and clips. Through these pictures and clips, it can be seen that there is currently a large area of land that has been filled with new soil and leveled; surrounding this land are rice and tea growing areas along with residential buildings.

“When people add a few square meters to their houses, the government still knows and comes to check. But here, the violations are huge, but the government doesn’t seem to take any action. It’s not like they don’t have information, we’ve been reporting this situation for a long time…” – the citizen was upset.
