Mr. Tran Van Hung, Chief of Quang Dai Commune Police (Sam Son town), said that on the evening of April 1, Mr. Hung went to his aunt's house, Ms. Doi Thi Hinh, in Quang Dai commune to visit.
While Mr. Hung was having dinner with Mrs. Hinh's family, two strangers rushed in and stabbed him multiple times. The incident left Mr. Hung unconscious and bleeding profusely.
