The contest was organized in the form of multiple choice questions, including 5 teams from 5 party cells.

The teams must answer 50 questions on topics related to Party building such as: inspection and supervision work; professional work of organizing and building the Party at the grassroots level such as Party cell activities, admitting Party members, introducing transfer of Party activities, assigning work to Party members, managing records, protecting internal politics, and Party Committee office work...

The contest is an innovative form of propaganda about Party building work, as well as the rights and obligations of each Party member. This is also an opportunity for Party members to exchange practical experiences in Party building work at the grassroots level, share good practices, and practical solutions to overcome shortcomings, difficulties, and obstacles in performing tasks in each Party cell.

Also at the meeting, the Party Committee of the Provincial Youth Union also reported the review results according to Resolution 4 of the 12th Central Committee.
