Nghe An Provincial Party Committee thoroughly grasps and implements the Resolution of the 1st Congress, term 2025 - 2030

Putting the Resolution into practice in the direction and operation of departments, branches and sectors

The 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, was a great success, opening a new development period. The Congress discussed democratically, reached high consensus, and passed a Resolution with the theme: "Solidarity, unity, innovation in thinking, daring to think, daring to do, breakthrough development, contributing to making Nghe An a well-off province in the country".

At the same time, the Congress affirmed the motto for action during the term: "Solidarity - Discipline - Efficiency - Effectiveness - Efficiency." This is both a guideline and a call to action for all cadres and party members in the Provincial Party Committee in the new term.

In his opening speech, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the conference has important significance in bringing the Congress's resolution into life, turning political determination into concrete revolutionary actions, creating new momentum and motivation in the entire Party to successfully complete the goals and tasks set out by the Congress.

For the conference to achieve high results, he requested that the delegates attending uphold their sense of responsibility, focus on studying and fully comprehending the contents of the Resolution.

This is an important basis for the grassroots Party Committee, directly the Party Committee Secretary, to implement, disseminate and study the Congress Resolution at the agency or unit.

Thoroughly grasping, studying, and organizing the implementation of the Resolution is the key step to turn the decisions of the Congress into vivid reality in life.

“Through the thorough understanding and study of today's Resolution, we have achieved high unity in awareness and action throughout the Party, built political determination, sense of responsibility, and put the Resolution into practice in the direction and operation of departments, branches, sectors, and units under the Provincial People's Committee,” emphasized comrade Le Hong Vinh.

Raise the responsibility of each party organization, each cadre and party member

At the conference, Comrade Hoang Van Nhien - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee conveyed the basic and core contents of the Resolution. In particular, he clarified the results, limitations, causes and lessons learned from the past term.

At the same time, analyze and emphasize the theme, action motto, general goals, 8 main target groups, 3 breakthroughs, 5 key tasks and major solutions for the new term.

He also thoroughly grasped the draft Action Program to implement the Resolution, clearly identifying specific directions and steps in the coming time.

In his closing speech, comrade Pham Tuan Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: "Building a resolution is difficult, but organizing its implementation so that it can truly come into life is even more difficult. This is the responsibility of each Party organization and each cadre and Party member."

On that basis, he requested that grassroots Party committees urgently develop action programs and implementation plans with specific targets, solutions and timelines; organize conferences to disseminate information at the grassroots level to ensure quality, the right target audience and time; and at the same time promote the pioneering and exemplary role of secretaries of agencies and units in leading and directing the implementation of the Resolution.

He emphasized that the implementation of the resolution must be closely linked to training political qualities, ethics, lifestyle, promoting the spirit of setting an example and responsibility of cadres and party members; at the same time, strengthening inspection and supervision work, promptly removing difficulties, overcoming limitations, ensuring the resolution is implemented synchronously and effectively.

In particular, propaganda work needs to be promoted, making the Resolution permeate deeply into awareness, becoming a voluntary action of every cadre, party member and the masses.

Each delegate attending the conference must truly be an active propagandist, contributing to spreading the spirit of the Resolution throughout the Party, creating motivation to successfully complete the goals set by the Congress.
