(Baonghean.vn) - Approximately 29,000 tons of various types of seafood were caught by Nghe An fishermen in the first 3 months of the year, reaching 20.8% of the yearly plan; of which selected fish reached more than 4,000 tons. The total estimated value reached more than 641 billion VND.

Seafood traders squeeze prices as hundreds of fishing boats return to avoid the storm

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 15, hundreds of fishing boats of Quynh Luu fishermen returned to shore to avoid storm Mangkhut and quickly transported seafood for consumption. However, traders forced down seafood prices, each boat lost about 20 - 30 million VND.
After the storm, Nghe An fishermen have good income from catching seafood.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 21, dozens of fishing boats of fishermen in Quynh Luu (Nghe An) returned to shore with many valuable seafood after a night of fishing; on average, each nearshore boat earned 3 - 4 million VND.
