List of 40 members of the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Farmers' Association, term X, 2023 - 2028

The Central Standing Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union stipulates: Of the total number of elected members of the provincial Farmers' Union executive committee, the structure of cadres of the provincial Farmers' Union's specialized agencies and key cadres of the Farmers' Unions of districts, cities and towns must account for at least 60% but not more than 80% (in which, each specialized department and unit under the Provincial Farmers' Union has at least 1 member; each district, city and town has at least 1 member).

At the same time, the structure of relevant industries, organizations, scientists, cooperatives, enterprises, and typical individuals who are grassroots association officials and good production and business members must account for at least 20%.

Comrades joining the Executive Committee for the first time must have served for at least one term (60 months) at the time of the Congress. Comrades re-elected to the Executive Committee must generally be old enough to serve for a full term, and at least half a term (30 months) at the time of the Congress.
