At the working session this morning, 448 delegates attending the Congress elected 29 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates.

Also in this morning's working session, the Congress continued the discussion and listened to comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department report on the synthesis of opinions on the draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress.

Accordingly, the Congress assessed that the draft documents were carefully and seriously prepared, with many new points, reflecting new thinking, new vision and new approach; demonstrating the responsibility, efforts and intelligence of the collective Central Executive Committee of the 12th Party Congress.

The Congress highly agreed with the draft Report synthesizing comments on the draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress prepared by the Provincial Party Executive Committee and presented by the Congress Presidium, and agreed to propose adding some contents to the draft Political Report; draft Report summarizing the implementation of the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2011 - 2020, building the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021 - 2030; draft Report assessing the results of the implementation of the 5-year Socio-Economic Development tasks 2016 - 2020 and the directions and tasks of Socio-Economic Development for the 5-year period 2021 - 2025; draft Report summarizing the Party building work and implementation of the Party Charter during the 12th National Congress term.

Next, 100% of delegates voted unanimously to approve the Report synthesizing discussion opinions and contributions to the draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress.

This afternoon, the 19th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, will hold its final session. The 19th Party Committee Executive Committee with 64 members will be introduced to take up their duties before the Congress./.
