(Baonghean.vn) - By 2020, Nghe An strives to train 5,000 workers for industrial and handicraft establishments and invest in building new production lines for 50 industrial and handicraft establishments.

According to the Nghe An Province Industrial Promotion Program for the period 2016 - 2020, Nghe An will organize for about 1,860 trainees and managers to participate in training courses, conferences, seminars, and business management training; Build 06 technical demonstration models and 03 pilot models on applying cleaner production; Organize voting for typical rural industrial products at 2 provincial and district levels according to regulations; Organize at least 01 fair and exhibition; support for 30 participants in fairs and exhibitions of industrial products, small-scale industries and craft villages in and outside the province.
Build and register trademarks for 10 products; build a showroom to introduce industrial, handicraft and craft village products; design new and improve models and designs of industrial and handicraft products for 10 products.
The program also invests in building new production lines, expanding production scale, transferring technology and applying advanced machinery, scientific and technical advances to 50 industrial and handicraft establishments; purchasing equipment and production tools for 40 craft villages, villages with potential for development and traditional occupations; establishing 03 industrial and handicraft associations and building provincial-level industrial enterprise clusters. At the same time, supporting loan interest rates for 03 industrial and handicraft establishments causing environmental pollution to relocate to industrial parks and clusters (support after rural industrial establishments have completed their investment), supporting 40 craft villages recognized by the Provincial People's Committee.
