Mountain goats and Nghe An eels attract visitors at Hue International Food Festival
(Baonghean.vn) - At the 2018 International Food Festival (from April 26 to May 2, 2018) at Thuong Bac Park, Hue City, Nghe An's booths attracted quite a few customers.
Coming to the International Food Festival in Hue this time, Nghe An gathers famous artisans and chefs with special dishes from all over the province, contributing to creating a food festival full of regional identity, very diverse, rich, and attractive to tourists.
Specialties recognized as Asian and Vietnamese records such as eel porridge, eel soup, Nam Dan soy sauce, mountain goat, walking chicken, Nam Nghia ham, fish sauce, Vinh oranges, turmeric starch, etc. were displayed, introduced and sold for visitors to enjoy right at the booth.

There are stalls that have to slaughter 3-4 goats per day to provide enough for tourists to enjoy.
Selling products at the booth, in addition to introducing the typical culinary culture of Nghe An province to domestic and international tourists, also creates opportunities for businesses to exchange and learn from each other's experiences; bringing high economic efficiency.
