The role of blocks, hamlets, villages and communes in fighting the epidemic
In the current fight against the Covid-19 epidemic, in addition to the frontline forces such as medical staff, police, army, and militia, there is an equally important force, which is those working in blocks, hamlets, villages, and communes.
Especially when the province applies epidemic prevention and control measures according to Directive 15, Directive 16 and enhanced Directive 16 like Vinh city, the role of blocks, hamlets, villages and communes is more important than ever.

Therefore, it is necessary for authorities at all levels to study and consider prioritizing vaccination for this force, both to ensure the correct spirit of the Government's and the Ministry of Health's instructions on priority vaccination groups; to meet the requirements of the practical situation; and at the same time, it is also a very necessary spiritual encouragement for this force when they operate only for selfless dedication, because there are almost no allowances from the budget, except for the 5 prescribed positions, including Party cell secretary, hamlet chief, Head of the Front Work Committee, police officer who is also deputy hamlet chief, and village team leader.
