(Baonghean.vn) - In the context of the complicated developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, to ensure Party cell activities according to the provisions of the Party Charter, Party organizations must on the one hand ensure the principles but at the same time must flexibly apply them to suit actual conditions.

The Covid-19 epidemic continues to have complicated developments. In the current context, to ensure the content and quality of Party cell meetings according to the Party Charter, Party organizations must ensure the principles on the one hand but at the same time have to flexibly apply them to suit actual conditions. Here we would like to boldly propose some forms of Party cell meetings in the complicated epidemic situation.

The first,For Party cells with less than 20 members, they will still hold concentrated (direct) activities as they have done for a long time. When holding concentrated activities, it is necessary to ensure that the requirements for epidemic prevention are well implemented (such as implementing 5K, etc.). Some less important contents should be shortened but the main contents must still be ensured (such as reviewing the situation in the past, discussing future directions, personnel work, resolving existing problems, obstacles, etc.).

Monday,For Party cells with more than 20 members, the Party Committee must divide the Party cell into many Party groups, but must ensure that each Party group has no more than 20 people and the Party Committee must organize activities according to Party groups.

Before the Party cell meeting, the Party Committee must proactively meet to discuss and agree on the contents of the Party cell meeting; agree on the draft resolution, prepare meeting documents, assign the secretary, deputy secretary, and cell committee member to preside over the meeting at each Party cell; receive the opinions of Party members for completion. On that basis, the cell committee issues the official resolution of the Party cell.

It should be noted that if the Party cell has 4 or more Party groups, Party groups 1, 2, and 3 will meet first, while Party groups 4, 5, and 6 will meet later (meaning the times do not overlap). Thanks to this, comrades in the Party Committee can attend all the meetings of all Party groups and grasp the situation, thoughts, aspirations, and opinions of Party members.

Party committees and branches need to pay attention to two issues:

Regardless of the form of Party cell activities, the principles of Party activities must still be ensured (such as promoting democracy, when discussing, there must be unity of will and action, the process of activities must be serious, focusing on quality and efficiency, etc.). In the specific circumstances of each Party cell, the activities can reduce some requirements, but the content, nature and principles must be ensured.

Whether the Party cell activities are concentrated (less than 20 people), or activities are conducted in Party groups, the proactive role and preparation of the Party Committee and the Party cell secretary are very important. Therefore, the Party Committee and the Party cell secretary must firmly grasp the principles of Party activities; closely follow the instructions of superiors, closely follow the reality of all aspects of activities, including the participation in epidemic prevention of the Party cell, Party members and their units.

Cases of subjectivity, negligence, and lack of responsibility in preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic need to be reminded and strictly disciplined.
