For projects under construction and completing tax obligations to the state, it is recommended that the Provincial People's Committee continue to direct investment and commit to implementing the project in accordance with the law.

Concluding the working session, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed: After this inspection, the sectors must actively participate. Assign the Department of Planning and Investment to report to the Provincial People's Committee on the progress and results of the projects that the delegation has inspected; at the same time, send documents to the projects and have commitments from the project owners; advise the Provincial People's Committee on the capacity of each project so that the province can make specific decisions and terminate unfeasible projects. Assign the People's Committee of Cua Lo Town to send documents to the People's Committee for each project, no later than October 30. For the inspected projects, the Department of Planning and Investment will re-inspect to have documents requesting the Provincial People's Committee according to the levels, with commitments and requirements to properly implement the commitments.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested project owners to invest for the right purposes. Some land areas of projects that have not yet been built (in phases) will be reclaimed in the coming time.
