Man electrocuted to death while digging for worms
(Baonghean.vn) - Taking advantage of the rain, Mr. Hung went into his neighbor's garden to dig for worms and unfortunately got caught in an electric wire and was electrocuted, causing his death.
Nghia Yen Commune Police, Nghia Dan District, said that at around 4:30 p.m. on July 21, a 45-year-old man was electrocuted and died.

Accordingly, at the above time, Mr. Le Van Hung (born in 1973, residing in Lang Chong hamlet, Nghia Yen commune) went into Mr. Le Van Toan's house in Lang Canh hamlet to dig worms in the garden.
While digging, Mr. Hung got caught in an exposed power line, causing the victim to be electrocuted and die. This was the power line that ran from the electric pole to Mr. Toan's house.
According to local people, due to recent rain and wind in the area, the electric wires were loose and fell into the garden, causing unfortunate consequences.
Authorities have handed over the body to the family and are investigating the cause of the incident.
